Flame Art’s production team has been focusing on the forging and development of handpans for more than 7 years. During this period, we have produced for different brands and are constantly improving our production process to make our products more accurate and stable.
With many years of production and research and development, Flameart has enough confidence in its products, so we have opened a lifetime warranty service for our products. We believe that the relationship between manufacturers and users is close, and we also need more friends to provide us with suggestions so that our products can be more perfect. We strictly follow the three concepts of quality management, namely QC/QA/QM to control product quality
Flameart strictly controls every link in the process of product production and research and development. We have quality inspectors conduct strict quality inspections on the raw materials of each product, manually shape the shell and draw pictures, select the appropriate sound zone, use advanced production equipment, complete product data, and rigorous production processes for systematic production. For each disc of the hand disc product, it takes several complex processes and processes to form it. According to incomplete statistics, each disc needs more than 15,000 times of manual forging.
Flame Art originated from a team with a deep understanding of music and healing.
