Warranty Program

  • For non-human damage, the customer shall bear the shipping cost, and we will provide lifetime warranty

 

  • We will provide permanent free repair service. Each hand disk has its own unique code, which can be used for anti-counterfeiting query and product warranty

 

  • (For human damage, the labor repair fee will be charged according to the actual situation)
  • We may use different shipping methods for different regions or time points. If you need a specific shipping method, please contact us!
  • Return – Most of Flameart’s products are handmade, so we do not support unconditional returns. In order to give you a good shopping experience, we will communicate with you to confirm your needs after you confirm your order. Flameart will show you the product status before shipping, including sound effects and appearance. We will ship the product to you only after you confirm the product!
  • Participate in flameart activities and browse flameart brand related videos. We will randomly select fans to give out discount code coupons.
  • Apply oil regularly

Please choose special anti-rust oil for the pan. After each practice or performance, wipe the pan with dry non-woven cloth or cotton cloth. Apply anti-rust oil when it is wet to prevent sweat residue from causing rust on the pan. When applying protective oil, try to follow the principle of “thinness” and apply it evenly on the outside of the pan. After applying the oil, wipe it evenly with a cloth. If you don’t play for a long time, you need to oil it once every month

  •  Ventilation and moisture-proof

When not playing, please place the handpan in a dry and ventilated place. If not playing for a long time, please apply anti-rust oil to the handpan and put it in a protective bag with desiccant.

  • Avoid bumps

The scale on the front of the pan cannot be squeezed by external force, and do not place the pan on a hard ground. When not playing, place the pan on a cushion or a pan stand, and handle it with care to avoid bumps.
